Licensed Clinical Therapist – Addiction Services (LSCSW & LCAC Eligible)

Compensation: $77,000/year. Active Kansas LSCSW and LCAC (or eligibility/willingness to obtain LCAC) required. Fully remote role based in CST time zone.

About the Role

Join Iris Telehealth as a full-time Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for adult patients through one of our trusted Kansas-based partners. This role is 100% remote, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in behavioral health from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family therapy to patients (primarily ages 18+, but includes lifespan) with diagnoses including general mental health and serious mental illness (SMI).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.
• 3 days per week require availability after 5 PM CST.
• Appointments: 60-90 minutes for initial evaluations, 30-60 minutes for follow-up sessions.
• Administrative time: 1-2 hours per week.
• Caseload: 6-8 clients scheduled per day.

Requirements

• Active Kansas LSCSW license (required).
• Active Kansas Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC) license OR eligibility and willingness to obtain LCAC licensure (required).
• Proven experience providing therapy services as an independently licensed LSCSW.
• Experience working with patients with substance use disorders and/or co-occurring mental health and substance use needs (preferred).
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours.
• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
• Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with SmartCare is a plus).
• Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
