What you'll do
- Outpatient LCSW neuro rehab therapy services
- Psycho-social support for stroke, TBI, and neurological recovery
- Family and caregiver counseling and education
- Care coordination within a neuro rehab clinic team
- Support for emotional adjustment and community reintegration

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work (LCSW)
- Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker Licensure in the state of practice
- Minimum of one year experience in a rehabilitation setting serving individuals who have experienced a traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury or acute diagnosis
- CPR certification required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Moves, lifts, or transfers patients which may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety procedures
- Duties require fine motor skills, visual acuity, and walking/standing for extended periods
