About the role
Setting: 100% Remote | Outpatient FQHC located in Indiana
Schedule: flexible schedule Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/wk, must be able to see patients until 8pm EST on Wednesday
Appointments: 45 minutes for initial evaluations, 45 minutes for follow-up appointments
Administrative time: 60 minutes per day
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
- Provide both therapy services to patients (ages 18+) with moderate acuity.
- Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Active Indiana LCSW license required
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
- Telehealth experience preferred
- Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
