Work Schedule
100% FTE, Monday - Friday 8a-5p; scheduled hours may vary within this timeframe; one day until 6p, Fridays off at 4p. You will work at UW Health N. Main St. Clinic 2601 N Main St.
Compensation Components

Qualifications
Education: Master's Degree Required
Work Experience: At least two years of experience providing clinical services in mental health. Required. At least two years experience in individual and/or group casework. Preferred.
Licenses & Certifications:
- LCSW license or LCPC. Required
- Current license from the State of Illinois. Required
- Valid State driver's license and proof of liability insurance. Required
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
