Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Join our team providing mental health therapy and consultation to military members. This is an on-site position at Cannon AFB, NM (Clovis); remote work is unavailable.

Requirements

• Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree from a CSWE-accredited graduate school.
• Current, unrestricted LCSW license in any U.S. state, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
• Minimum of three years post-licensure experience in independent clinical social work within the past five years, covering assessment, treatment planning, therapy, and treatment completion/referral.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Fully qualified and proficient in the latest technological and professional developments per Defense Health Agency Procedure Manual 6025.13, Volume 4.
• U.S. citizenship (required for security clearance; non-citizens are ineligible).

Qualifications

• Experience working with military members in mental health support is a plus but not required.
