Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

About the role

Full‑time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) position in Las Vegas, NV. Clinical/Behavioral Health setting, Monday‑Friday 8:30 AM‑4:00 PM with occasional Saturdays; no on‑call requirement and no shift differential for weekends, nights, or on‑call. We are seeking compassionate and detail‑oriented clinicians to provide clinical services to children and older adults; new graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to assigned patients.
• Conduct assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions based on patient needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support quality patient care.
• Work with both pediatric and geriatric populations.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW or LMFT license.
• New graduates are welcome; no minimum experience requirement.
• Geriatric experience or knowledge is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with children ages 6‑15 and seniors ages 65‑90.
