Responsibilities

• Provide evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults

Requirements

• Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
• Full-time availability
• Hybrid schedule: 2 days in office
