As a core member of the clinical team, you'll have access to ongoing training and support from an experienced multidisciplinary clinical team (specialty‑trained Nurse Practitioners and Registered Dietitians) to help you build a working knowledge of the specific condition areas you'll be supporting and implement condition‑informed psychological services. Your role will complement services provided by other members of the care team. Prior experience in health psychology or behavioral medicine is preferred but not essential. • Complete biopsychosocial assessments to design and implement relevant and concrete goals that support clients in achieving meaningful outcomes related to their GI condition(s).
  • Initiate and maintain health records and encounters in the electronic health record and comply with guidelines outlined within company clinical protocols and other related manuals.
  • Participate in professional training activities to maintain licensure and advance knowledge base.
  • Participate in clinical coordination meetings with other care team members.
  • Contribute to company‑wide development of psychological best practices and share your professional experience with other team members to further improve member experiences.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, teaching relaxation strategies that impact brain‑gut connection, and Motivational Interviewing (experience with GI‑focused care is a plus).
  • Ability to work alongside and communicate effectively with other care providers (e.g., MD, Nurse Practitioner, Health Coach, Registered Dietitian).
  • Comfortable and competent with using common administrative technologies (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Office, Google Drive, or equivalent), charting electronically, and experience delivering on telehealth platforms preferred.
  • Prior experience in health psychology or behavioral medicine is preferred but not essential.
