Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for patients in an outpatient care setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions with clients.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records according to HIPAA regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest research and treatment modalities in behavioral health.

Requirements

• Fully licensed in Maryland as an LCPC, LCSW-C, or LCMFT.
• Experience in providing therapy to individuals, families, or groups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient care and clinical excellence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred but not required.
• Current license to practice in Maryland.
• Knowledge of insurance billing and coding.

• Strong clinical skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in digital health technologies used in behavioral health.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
