Requirements
- Independently licensed in the state of Kentucky (LCSW)
- Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan
- Must reside within commutable distance of the local clinic

Pay
Top compensation can exceed $85,000–$97,000 per year, with no cap; compensation model based on productivity; sign‑on bonus offered.
