Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Position Overview

EverSource Staffing is hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) on behalf of a partner organization to provide in-person counseling services in public and private schools across Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Bronx, and Staten Island. These flexible roles are a great fit for both experienced LCSWs and new licensees. A new platform reduces paperwork time by 5+ hours per week, making your workday more focused and productive.

Responsibilities

• Provide IEP-mandated counseling services in-person at schools
• Maintain clear, timely documentation using the provided platform
• Work collaboratively with educators, families, and IEP teams
• Attend meetings and school-based conferences as needed
• Follow all DOE and NYS counseling guidelines

Requirements

• NYS LCSW license (required)
• No LMSWs or other license types accepted
• Experience with school-aged youth preferred
• Must be available for in-person work in NYC schools

Compensation

$65-$72 per hour (1099 Contractor Role)
