Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Role and Responsibilities

Provide hospital-based behavioral health social work services, assess patient needs, develop care plans, support discharge planning, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2 years of hospital social work experience
• Active LCSW license (Georgia)
• AHA BLS certification

Key Duties

• Assess patient needs and coordinate appropriate care
• Support patients and families with discharge resources
• Work within a team to deliver comprehensive behavioral health services
