Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Intensive Outpatient Psych Program - PRN

About the role

Provides quality patient care through group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy techniques. Maintains appropriate documentation and case management functions, including treatment planning, discharge planning, and assisting patients with community resources. Works as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to help patients achieve maximum benefit from treatment. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
• Current valid state license in the relevant field
• License renewal as required by law
• One year of clinical experience in a behavioral setting (strongly preferred)
