About the role

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare. We're eager to recruit experienced Licensed Supervisors who are motivated to oversee the clinical work of Associate Therapists. This role is ideal for licensed professionals looking to guide and mentor emerging therapists, providing supervision as they provide telehealth services to the Medicaid community and accumulate the clinical hours required for their full licensure.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor Associate Therapists through their licensure process
• Provide clinical supervision for telehealth services to Medicaid patients
• Ensure compliance with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines
• Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools
• Conduct thorough supervision and mentoring sessions in a HIPAA-compliant remote setting
• Shape and cultivate the practice's culture through collaboration and leadership

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
• Valid LCSW or LMHC license in good standing in the state of Florida
• Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor
• Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure
• Familiarity with Medicaid clinical documentation and treatment planning
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred
