Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home therapy services.
• Develop and implement goal-oriented service plans.
• Deliver services in various settings including homes, schools, and community locations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and community partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Practicum experience.
• Eligibility for a Wisconsin “in training” license (APSW, MFT, or LPC).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills.
