The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides comprehensive mental health services to individuals, families, and groups in diverse healthcare and social settings. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance emotional well-being and social functioning. The LCSW collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, advocates for client access to services, and maintains thorough documentation to ensure compliance. Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Valid LCSW license in the state of practice.
• At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience providing mental health services.
• Knowledge of clinical assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Cultural competence, empathy, and ability to work collaboratively with teams.

Key Duties

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and strengths.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
