Licensed Clinical Social Worker

What You'll Do

• Congducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments
• Developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
• Providing evidence-based individual and family therapy through secure telehealth
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team, including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators
• Completing timely, accurate clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR)
• Supporting children and families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care

Compensation & What We Offer

• $50 per billable hour for independently licensed clinicians
• Monthly bonus potential based on eligible clinical and performance metrics
• Annual CEU reimbursement of $150

What We're Looking For

• An active Oklahoma independent license (LPC or LCSW)
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families—or a strong passion for serving this population
• The ability to work independently and effectively in a virtual environment
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
• A commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care

Bilingual Clinicians
