About the role
Join a dedicated team as a Therapist in the Family Preservation Program, providing in-home therapy to children, youth, and adults enrolled in Comprehensive Community Services across multiple counties.
Responsibilities
- Offer therapeutic services tailored to individual and family needs
- Develop personalized, goal-oriented service plans in collaboration with clients
- Deliver services in diverse settings such as homes, community locations, or offices
- Maintain accurate documentation per agency and funding standards
- Work with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure comprehensive support
Qualifications and Skills
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Relevant practicum experience for service delivery
- Eligibility for a WI “in training” license (APSW, MFT, or LPC)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
