About the role
This full-time, benefit-eligible Therapist in Training role involves providing in-home therapy and collaborating with clients to develop goal-focused, individualized service plans. You will work in various settings, including homes, community locations, and offices, delivering evidence-based, strength-based practices.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Work with multidisciplinary teams
- Support clients in achieving their goals
- Deliver services in diverse community settings
- Engage in daily travel within counties
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Relevant practicum experience
- Eligibility for a WI “in training” license (APSW, MFT, or LPC)
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic computer skills
