About the role

Join a dedicated team as a Therapist in a Family Preservation Program, providing in-home therapy to children, youth, and adults in community settings. This full-time role involves developing individualized, goal-focused service plans, delivering evidence-based, strength-based interventions, and collaborating with clients, team members, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized, goal-focused service plans for clients
• Deliver evidence-based, strength-based therapeutic interventions in community settings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
• Work flexibly across various settings, including homes, schools, and community locations
• Collaborate with clients, team members, and community partners to support client goals
• Engage in daily travel within assigned counties to deliver services

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
• Practicum experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting
• Eligibility for a Wisconsin “in training” license (APSW, MFT, or LPC)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic computer skills
