Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Part-Time)

About the role

Just Mind Counseling is seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our group counseling practice at our North and South Austin office locations. This is a W2 employee position with a commission-based pay structure (percentage of billed services). All marketing, scheduling, third-party billing, and overhead costs are covered.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to 10-15 clients per week, including some weekend or evening hours
• Deliver inclusive, culturally responsive, and LGBTQ+ affirming care

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• Preference given to applicants who are fully licensed and/or have experience in any of the following areas:
  • Psychological assessments
  • Couples therapy
  • Child/adolescent therapy
  • Neurodivergence (ADHD & Autism)
  • Trauma/EMDR
