Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses
- Create, implement, and maintain treatment plans
- Complete ongoing documentation in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service for clients
- Collaborate with a dynamic team
- Utilize creativity in interventions
- Actively engage in consultations with colleagues
Requirements
- Clinical licensure is required (PhD or PsyD)
- Experience with completing diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Able to work in Missouri with a Missouri license, or relocate to Missouri and be license-eligible
- General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Proficient or able to quickly learn to use of Office 365 and EHR systems
