About the role

The role involves working closely with adults and the child/adolescent populations under the supervision of licensed professionals. You will be part of a team that collaborates to provide high-quality behavioral healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care plans.
• Provide therapy sessions to clients in accordance with professional standards and ethical guidelines.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs.
• Document progress notes and maintain accurate records according to HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in regular supervision and case conferences to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Holding an active Illinois license, not in the process of obtaining one.
• Experience in providing therapy to adults and adolescents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about clinical excellence and patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred but not required.
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Pay

$71,000 - $90,000, compensation model based on productivity.
