About the role
The role involves working closely with adults and the child/adolescent populations under the supervision of licensed professionals. You will be part of a team that collaborates to provide high-quality behavioral healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care plans.
- Provide therapy sessions to clients in accordance with professional standards and ethical guidelines.
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs.
- Document progress notes and maintain accurate records according to HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in regular supervision and case conferences to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Holding an active Illinois license, not in the process of obtaining one.
- Experience in providing therapy to adults and adolescents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about clinical excellence and patient care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred but not required.
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay
$71,000 - $90,000, compensation model based on productivity.
