About the role

The role of a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist at LifeStance Health involves working closely with adults and the child/adolescent populations. You will be part of a team that collaborates to provide high-quality behavioral healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
• Provide therapy sessions to clients in accordance with professional standards and ethical guidelines
• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records
• Participate in regular supervision and consultation meetings
• Engage in professional development activities to enhance clinical skills

Requirements

• Holding an active Illinois license, not in the process of obtaining one
• Experience in providing therapy to adults and adolescents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for clinical excellence and patient care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• License as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist (LCMHT) in Illinois
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience

Pay

$71,000 - $90,000, compensation model based on productivity
