About the role

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team to deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment services.

• Participate in professional development activities to maintain clinical competence and stay updated with the latest treatment methodologies.

Requirements

• Holding an active Illinois license, not in the process of obtaining one.
• Experience in providing therapy to adults and adolescents.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Committed to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist in Illinois.
