Requirements
- Holding an active Illinois license, not in the process of obtaining one.
- Experience in providing mental health therapy services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Committed to clinical excellence and continuous improvement in patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- License as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist (LCMHT) in Illinois.
- Experience in fee-for-service productivity model.
