Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • License as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist (LCMHT) in Illinois.
  • Experience in fee-for-service productivity model.
