We are looking for remote Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapists to join Fort Health’s clinical delivery team. What we are looking for
- Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC licensed to practice in Illinois (multiple state licenses a bonus).
- 2 years of clinical experience working directly with children, teenagers, and families, with experience in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and DBT.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and experience delivering effective care through telehealth.
- Able to navigate Doxy, EHR, and Google Suite to deliver care and communicate with team members.
- Able to schedule sessions during weekdays 3:30pm-8:30pm and/or weekends as needed.
What we offer
- Flexible Schedule and Compensation: This is a Part-Time 1099 Contractor role. Part-time therapists are expected to spend 8 hours minimum with Fort Health per week delivering clinical care. 1099 therapists are paid based on CPT Code for completed appointments.
