Licensed Branch Customer Service and Sales Rep - Wheat Ridge, CO

About the role

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is looking for Licensed Customer Service Representatives to join their team. ACG is a leading provider of membership, travel, insurance, and financial services, serving approximately 14+ million members and customers across 14 states and 2 U.S. territories.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer-focused service
• Serve insurance policies and process applications, renewals, and amendments
• Take insurance payments (initial, installment, lapse, or reinstatement)
• Process travel and membership payments, sell tickets and travel money products
• Balance cash drawer and handle cashiering services
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer to agents when appropriate
• Support Travel and Insurance Agents during peak periods
• Conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and/or travel products
• Participate in team environments to promote customer satisfaction and consistent service
• Resolve member/customer complaints and seek assistance from management as necessary
• Engage in office events to generate revenue, improve member awareness of products, and support local community activities

Requirements

• Active State Property & Casualty License or ability to obtain within 90 days of start date
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience providing customer-focused service
• Knowledge of insurance and travel terminology
• Understanding of general insurance and/or travel regulations
• Underwriting procedures and sales regulatory and compliance guidelines
• Computer software applications (Word, Excel, etc.) and web-based operations
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work irregular hours including holidays and weekends
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Pay

$23.00 per hour with additional incentives and an annual bonus potential based on performance.

Schedule

This is an in-office position. Employees will service ACG members in-person and are based on site in an ACG branch facility. Hours may vary based on the needs of the business.
