Branch Customer Service Rep - Woodruff/Tanner Rd

About the role

The AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking prospective Member Representative I’s or Branch Customer Service Representatives who can promote ACG products and services, promote customer satisfaction, and participate in office events to help generate revenue by improving member awareness of products.

Responsibilities

• Greet and service customers, providing peace of mind and resolving member/customer complaints
• Sell membership, travel products, and some banking products
• Generate leads and update members on travel and insurance specials
• Process payments for insurance policies, travel tickets, and other products
• Balance cash drawer and provide cashiering services
• Conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and travel products

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer-focused environment
• Customer-focused service and problem-solving skills
• Basic mathematical calculations for accurate monetary transactions
• Effective communication (verbal and written)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work irregular hours including holidays and weekends

A competitive hourly wage of $19.00 - $21.50, based on experience, with additional incentives and an annual bonus potential based on performance. Pay

Salary at time of offer is determined based on geographic pay differentials and other factors associated with the job and job level.

Schedule

This is an in-office position. Employees will service ACG members in-person and are based on site in an ACG branch facility.
