Licensed Bilingual Behavioral Health Consultant
About the role
Clackamas County's Health Centers is seeking a motivated, adaptable, and bilingual (Spanish/English) mental health and substance use clinician to join our Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) team as a Licensed Behavioral Health Consultant (position classified as a Mental Health Specialist 2). This clinician will join our Integrated Behavioral Health team at our Beavercreek Health Center location.
What you'll do
- Provide a variety of advanced-level professional treatment and program services to individuals with mental health and substance use issues, primarily servicing Medicaid, Medicare, and uninsured populations
- Collaborate with Primary Care teams and other IBH professionals in providing brief assessment, care planning, and brief mental health and addiction interventions that support individuals from diverse backgrounds and with varying treatment needs as part of Primary Care services
- Manage clients experiencing crisis, possible psychosis, or impacts on functioning due to substance use
- Cover other duties as necessary to support the IBH care team
- Participate in and support increased diversity and equity within our team, clinic and county

Compensation
- Annual Pay Range: $91,682.43 - $115,982.52
- Hourly Pay Range: $44.078091 - $55.760829
- Additional 5% of base compensation added for bilingual Spanish/English skills
