Licensed Benefit Advisor
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Medicare and health plan consultations and enroll members in appropriate coverage.
- Manage pre-scheduled appointments and follow-up activities.
- Handle inbound customer service and enrollment calls.
- Respond to voicemails, chats, and customer inquiries promptly.
- Maintain compliance with licensing, AHIP, and carrier certification requirements.
- Meet or exceed performance and quality goals.
- Active Health Insurance License required.
- Previous sales and/or customer service experience.
- Medicare or health insurance sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication, computer, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- No active carrier appointments.
- Flexibility with schedule and willingness to work as a captive agent.

The pay range for this position is $43,680.00 - $43,680.00/yr.
