About the role

This is a contract position based out of Charlotte, NC. The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Responsibilities

  • Selling and enrolling retirees into appropriate insurance products including but not limited to health, prescription drug, vision, dental plans
  • Conducting needs analysis and assisting retirees in selecting an appropriate plan for their needs
  • Providing Medicare education
  • Offering customer service assistance within or outside of the sales process

Qualifications

  • Has an active Health License
  • Has at least one year sales experience
  • Has at least one season of Health sales experience
  • Has at least one season of Medicare Sales Experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay rate is $21/hr + commission (paid out at end of season), with average agent commission payout ranging $3K-$8k.
