About the role
The role involves providing assessments, psychotherapy, and professional behavioral health services to support individuals on their journey to recovery and wellness. This position is in the Consumer Services department.
Responsibilities
- Provide assessments and psychotherapy to clients
- Support individuals in improving their mental health and overall well-being
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals
- Occasional weekend and holiday coverage may be required
Requirements
- Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (LBHP): Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field + full licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, etc.)
- Licensed Candidate Behavioral Health Professional (LCBHP): Master’s degree in a relevant field + active supervision toward licensure
- Valid driver’s license and open to job-related travel
- Participation in an on-call rotation unless exempted
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field
- Full licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, etc.) for LBHP
- Active supervision toward licensure for LCBHP

Pay
The salary range is based on experience, tenure, and certifications: $71,000 - $79,380 (LBHP) and $66,000 - $77,175 (LCBHP).
Schedule
Full-time work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
