About the role

The role involves providing assessments, psychotherapy, and professional behavioral health services to support individuals on their journey to recovery and wellness. This position is in the Consumer Services department.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments and psychotherapy to support individual recovery and wellness.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
• Occasional weekend and holiday coverage may be required.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field + full licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, etc.) for a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (LBHP).
• Master’s degree in a relevant field + active supervision toward licensure for a Licensed Candidate Behavioral Health Professional (LCBHP).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be open to job-related travel.
• Participation in an on-call rotation unless exempted.

• Experience in a supportive setting with training and professional development opportunities.
• Diverse work experience including occasional weekend and holiday coverage and on-call participation.

Pay

• Salary range based on experience, tenure, and certifications: $71,000 - $79,380 (LBHP) and $66,000 - $77,175 (LCBHP).

Schedule

• Full-time work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
