Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor-CONTINGENT-Detroit
GENERAL SUMMARY
Provides behavioral health counseling services.
Responsibilities
- Counsels patients and establishes therapy treatment goals.
- Administers individual and group therapy sessions.
- Maintains thorough and confidential patient records.
- Evaluates progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
- Provides patients with information about community resources and therapeutic activities.
- Collaborates with patients, families, physicians, and community providers to ensure active and coordinated care.
Requirements
- Master's Degree with at least 3 years' experience in counseling, social work, or psychology.
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Counselor (LPC), Licensed Psychologist (LP), or Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family.
- Experience working with children and adolescents preferred.
- Ability to work at least 1 evening per week.

- BLS Provider preferred.

55% of total services provided.
Schedule
Approximately 20 hours per week, flexible with a minimum of 1 evening per week; clinic operates Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm, no weekends or major holidays.
