• Provide support services, answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web development tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based systems and platforms.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and incident response procedures.
