What You’ll Do
- Provide brief therapy, assessments, and crisis support in a primary care setting
- Partner with medical providers on integrated treatment plans
- Support patients with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and more
- Lead individual and group interventions
- Connect patients to community resources and higher levels of care
