Covenant Case Management Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to provide specialized consultation services for members exhibiting challenging behaviors.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee behavior support plans following Clinical Coverage Policy 8P
- Conduct behavior analysis: observe clients to identify challenging behaviors, record and analyze data, and monitor the implementation of support plans
- Assess member progress, revise Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) as needed, and work to decrease target behaviors
- Provide monthly training sessions to members, staff, and caregivers on positive behavior techniques
- Independently manage a caseload, participate in treatment plan meetings, and collaborate with the care team
- Utilize tele-consultation services when necessary
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology
- Full licensure with the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board
- Criminal background check clearance
- Not listed in the NC Health Care Abuse Registry
- Active NPI number, CAQH, and NCTracks profile
- Professional liability insurance coverage of at least $1 million/$3 million
- Experience working with individuals with I/DD, autism, or TBI preferred but not required
- Familiarity with the NC Innovations Waiver program is preferred
Pay
$1,000 sign-on bonus included.
