Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to provide specialized consultation services for members exhibiting challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee behavior support plans following Clinical Coverage Policy 8P
• Conduct behavior analysis: observe clients to identify challenging behaviors, record and analyze data, and monitor the implementation of support plans
• Assess member progress, revise Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) as needed, and work to decrease target behaviors
• Provide monthly training sessions to members, staff, and caregivers on positive behavior techniques
• Independently manage a caseload, participate in treatment plan meetings, and collaborate with the care team
• Utilize tele-consultation services when necessary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology
• Full licensure with the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board
• Criminal background check clearance
• Not listed in the NC Health Care Abuse Registry
• Active NPI number, CAQH, and NCTracks profile
• Professional liability insurance coverage of at least $1 million/$3 million
• Experience working with individuals with I/DD, autism, or TBI preferred but not required
• Familiarity with the NC Innovations Waiver program is preferred

$1,000 sign-on bonus included.
