Licensed Associate Counselor - Full Time

About the role

Seeking provisionally licensed individuals pursuing New Jersey licensure as an LPC to deliver a blend of telehealth and face‑to‑face mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and children.
• Conduct intakes, diagnose, and treat clients with depression and anxiety, preferably under supervision.
• Maintain a minimum of 25 sessions weekly with flexible scheduling, utilizing modern clinical technology.
• Collaborate within a clinical community, participate in supervision, and contribute positively to team efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Approved by the board as a LAC and seeking independent licensure in NJ.
• Graduate of an approved 60‑credit hour program with relevant counseling experience.
• Comfortable working with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Strong commitment to client progress, teamwork, and professional development.

Key Duties & Support

• Deliver client care in a hybrid model, with administrative support for credentialing, billing, and scheduling.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days, with flexible hours available seven days a week.
• Access clinical supervision, community support, and ongoing training.

Pay

Up to $57,700.
