Licensed Associate Counselor - Full Time

Role Overview Seeking provisionally licensed clinicians pursuing New Jersey licensure as an LPC to deliver a combination of telehealth and face-to-face mental health services. Responsibilities Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and children.Conduct intakes, diagnose, and treat depression and anxiety, preferably under supervision.Maintain a minimum availability of 25 sessions weekly with flexible scheduling.Utilize modern clinical technology, including telehealth platforms and electronic health records.Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, supporting client progress. Qualifications & Skills Approved by the board as a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC).Seeking independent licensure and residing within 45 minutes of the designated office.Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program with relevant counseling experience.Experience in diagnosing and conducting intakes according to DSM-5 preferred.Open to treating a variety of clients, including those requiring couples or children's therapy.Comfortable working with clinical technology and committed to client progress.Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
