Licensed Associate Counselor - Fee For Service

About the Role

Licensed clinicians provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients, focusing on depression, anxiety, and diverse populations including couples and children.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes, diagnose (preferred), and deliver therapy sessions, ensuring measurable client progress.
• Support a full caseload within 90 days, utilizing telehealth and EHR tools.
• Maintain a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours of weekly availability.
• Collaborate within a clinical community, participate in supervision and case consultations.
• Utilize modern clinical technology.

Requirements

• Approved by the board as a LAC, seeking independent licensure in Arizona.
• Reside within 45 minutes of the office.
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit program with relevant experience in treating depression and anxiety.
• Comfortable working with diverse clients and technology.
• Dedicated to client progress and a team player.
