About the role
Provide compassionate and evidence-based counseling services to children and families in a therapeutic setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and family therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Maintain client records and progress notes
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Licensed Clinical Counselor (LCSW/LPC/LCMHC) in good standing
- Experience working with children and families
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a drug screening test
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
