Role Overview Seeking licensed clinicians pursuing Arizona State LPC licensure to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. The position involves conducting intakes, diagnosing (preferred), and treating diverse clients, including couples and children, using modern clinical technology such as telehealth and EHR tools. Responsibilities Deliver a minimum of 25 sessions weekly with 30 hours of client availability Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing Collaborate within a clinical community, participate in supervision, case consultations, and team activities Provide measurable progress for clients and maintain professional standards. Qualifications & Skills Approved by the board as a LAC and seeking independent licensure in Arizona Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program with relevant counseling experience Ability to work in-office during probation and then in a hybrid model (50% in-office, 50% remote) Proficient with clinical technology, telehealth, and EHR systems Open to treating various client populations and committed to client progress Positive team contributor and adaptable in a dynamic clinical environment.
