About the Role

This fully remote role gives you the flexibility to manage your own caseload while backed by experienced paralegals, legal assistants, and systems built to set you up for success. We are looking for someone who is passionate about guiding clients through difficult transitions and who values collaboration, flexibility, and excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of family law cases
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients
• Prepare and file legal documents
• Attend court hearings and mediations
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

Requirements

• Current Minnesota bar admission
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in family law
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
