Licensed Assistant Salon Manager- Fresh Chairs, Fresh Look Now Hiring

About the Role

This is a full-time leadership role (minimum 40 hours per week) that combines hands-on styling with management responsibilities. As the "Right Hand" to the Salon Leader, you'll keep the energy high, guests happy, and the team on track, stepping in as the leader when the Salon Leader is out.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

• Lead the Floor: Support daily operations, manage the appointment book in Zenoti, and ensure every guest leaves feeling satisfied.
• Coach & Mentor: Use the IGROW model to help fellow stylists hit their goals and grow their careers.
• Keep it Clean & Compliant: Help ensure the salon meets all State Board and OSHA standards.
• Marketing Pro: Help execute local partnerships and digital campaigns to keep chairs full and the brand buzzing.

Requirements

• Current Cosmetology license for the state where you're applying.
• Previous leadership experience is a plus, but a great attitude, basic math skills (for inventory/cash), and stellar communication are required.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and the dexterity to perform all salon services with precision.
• Bring your personal equipment daily.
