We need to output HTML fragment with sections: use

for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; can fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. (EEO boilerplate) - remove. - Native Americans in the US receive preference in accordance with Tribal Law. (EEO) remove. We need to remove boilerplate: the EEO paragraph, the accommodation request paragraph? Actually the accommodation request is not boilerplate? It's a request for accommodation; but it's part of legal/compliance. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove the accommodation request paragraph as it's legal. Also remove the EssilorLuxottica complies with all applicable laws... line. Also remove the EEO paragraph and Native Americans line. Also remove "Discover more by following us on LinkedIn!" maybe considered promotional but not boilerplate; but it's not substantive about job; could be considered fluff. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The LinkedIn line is not substantive about job; it's promotional. Might be considered boilerplate? Not sure. Safer to keep? It's not required. I'd drop it as it's not essential job info. Also "Total Rewards: Benefits/Incentive Information" at top maybe heading? We'll treat as part of Benefits section. We need sections: About the role (maybe the introductory paragraph about For Eyes). Responsibilities (Major Duties & Responsibilities). Requirements (maybe Basic Qualifications). Qualifications (maybe Preferred Qualifications). Skills (maybe from Basic Qualifications like strong communicator etc). Benefits (Benefits may include...). Pay (Employee pay is determined by multiple factors... plus bonus/commission). Schedule (Works a flexible schedule, including nights & weekends). Also maybe "Under current & valid state Opticianry license perform the following:" is part of Responsibilities? Actually it's under Responsibilities? It appears after responsibilities list: "Under current & valid state Opticianry license perform the following:" then bullet list of duties: Provides expertise & product knowledge..., Adjusts &/or repairs eyewear..., Presents and dispenses eyewear..., Performs accurate digital measurements. Those are specific duties requiring license. Should be included in Responsibilities. Also "Works a flexible schedule, including nights & weekends." is a duty/responsibility but also schedule info. We'll put schedule section. Now we need to avoid filler headings like "Pay" if content is vague like "commensurate with experience". Here we have specific: Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. That's specific enough? It mentions factors and bonus/commission. Not a specific number but still substantive. We'll include Pay section. Benefits: "Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts." That's specific enough. Schedule: "Works a flexible schedule, including nights & weekends." That's specific. Now we need to format. We'll produce:

But note: we cannot nest
    inside
  • ? Actually we can but better to keep flat list: we can treat the license duties as separate list items. Could just add them as list items without nested ul. Simpler: just add them as list items. Thus:
  • Under current & valid state Opticianry license perform the following: Provides expertise & product knowledge on lens choices based on the patient’s vision needs & doctor prescription; Adjusts &/or repairs eyewear; Presents and dispenses eyewear & creates a lasting impression; Performs accurate digital measurements.

Skills: maybe we can combine some from requirements like strong communicator etc. But we already have those in Requirements. Could create Skills section for things like "Strong communicator & listener", "Demonstrated high-level of selling skills", "Proven ability to problem solve", "Strong basic math skills", "Familiarity with POS, computers & calculators". But we already have them. To avoid duplication, maybe we skip Skills section and keep them under Requirements. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can omit Skills. Benefits:
