About the role
This individual will start out working in their St. Charles office, but can then transition to their Oak Brook location if preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading the design and documentation efforts, along with overall project coordination and communication with consultants and engineers
- Will travel to job sites as needed for construction administration purposes
- Will work with clients (usually local municipalities) to understand the needs of the project
- Collaborate with trades in-house
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect in IL is highly preferred
- Revit or AutoCAD proficiency
- Experience leading projects (not necessarily project teams) through construction administration
- Familiarity with a variety of building materials
- Familiarity with ADA/accessibility standards
- Municipal, industrial, or commercial project experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Charles, IL.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $57.69/hr.
