Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE Launch training program with success
• Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
• Assist buyers throughout the purchasing process, secure signed buyer agreements, and help them find suitable properties
• Act as a representative for both sellers and buyers during negotiation of offers
• Maintain thorough and precise records of all activities and tasks using PLACE Technology
• Host a minimum of two open houses each month
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions following team guidelines
• Attend team meetings and events as required
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Work closely with sellers to secure listings and effectively market their properties
• Provide expert guidance on pricing, staging, and other aspects related to listings

Qualifications

• Driven sales expert with a strong competitive spirit
• Proficient in cultivating relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions
• Skilled in generating leads and prospecting new opportunities
• Adept at handling objections confidently and effectively
• Clear, persuasive communicator committed to exceptional customer service
• Collaborative and supportive team contributor
• Holds a valid real estate license
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Committed to continuous professional growth and self-improvement
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail
• Open to learning and implementing scripts and communication techniques
• Efficient in time management and task prioritization

Pay

$75,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly (commission-based position)
