License Practical Nurse (LPN) Assisted Living

We are seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team at LifeSpire, providing caring and skilled support to our family of residents in an assisted living and memory support environment. Responsibilities
- Resident assessment, care, treatment, and evaluation
- Collaborate with a team whose energy, compassion, creativity, and talents are valued and rewarded
- Support work/life integration, coaching, and opportunities to grow
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN)
- Currently licensed as an LPN, and in good standing, with the Virginia State Board of Nursing
- Previous experience (1–3 years) in a nursing capacity is preferred
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living environment and with the geriatric population is a plus
- Experience with Point Click Care is a plus
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
- Excellent customer service skills
