Licenced Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain appropriate resident care
• Assess current and prospective residents
• Participate in care conferences with families
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies
• Hire, train, and supervise clinical staff
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
• Tasks

Qualifications

• Current state license of a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Knowledge of standards of nursing practice and awareness of standards for compliance with state and federal regulations
• Understanding of the assisted living rules and regulations and/or willingness/capability to learn
• Professional and courteous to all residents, families and staff
• Previous experience supervising staff
• Passion and drive for helping others

Pay

• $27.69 - $32.11/hour
